Our industry experts Dee Scott with Dee Dee Real Estate KW & Michael Fornerette with Synergy Lending, will guide you through the process of home ownership, and take the fear out of the home buying process. If you are a home buyer looking for down payment assistance, this workshop is perfect for you. Once youve completed the workshop, you will be given a certificate and access to downpayment programs from the WSHFC.
