Class Dates: Sundays: Jan 19th, 26th, Feb 16th, 23rd and Mar 2nd*.

*Please note the exam will take place on Sunday,March 2nd

Class Hours are 10 am to 2:30 pm

• The principles of food and wine pairing
• How to describe wine using the WSET Level 2 Systematic Approach to Tasting Wine® (SAT)

• Level 2 Study Guide and Workbook
• 19 Hours of Instructor-led training
• 1-hour supervised assessment
• All wine samples: minimum of 43
• A fun learning environment

After successful completion, you will receive a WSET certificate and lapel pin.
