This module is for new volunteers who have completed module 1 and 2 and for trained volunteers as a refresher course. This takes the learning from module 1 & 2 and applies it to a scenario played out in a practical session to get experience of what it is like to work in an ECC.

To give you experience of how a Emergency Control Centre operates during a multi-agency emergency response
