About Professor Henry
Prof. Christiani Jeyakumar Henry is an internationally recognized thought leader in Food and Nutrition science. He obtained a PhD degree in nutrition from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Prof. Henry’s research focuses on translating nutrition research into food applications. In 2010, he was awarded the British Nutrition Foundation Prize for his outstanding contributions to nutrition, and in 2019, he was awarded the Kellogg’s International award for food research that led to a global impact.

He was the former Director of the Clinical Nutrition Research Center at A*STAR and the Deputy Director of the Singapore Institute of Food and Biotechnology Innovation. Currently, he serves as Senior Advisor to the Global Centre for Asian Women's Health at NUS and At-Sunrice. With his extensive expertise, Professor Henry will provide valuable insights into the science behind the intricate and artful process of brewing Beers.
