About this Event
We’re so glad you’ve decided to join us in our intentional effort to care for ourselves – physically, socially, and mentally.
We run every Thursday and Tuesday at 5.15pm.
Our launch for Mental Health Awareness month will be on Thursday 7th October.
To be eligible for this challenge:
1. Walk/run at least 50km throughout the month of October.
2. Join us for at least 5 evening runs on Thursdays or Tuesday at 5:15pm (or other WRRN runs) for a 5km loop.
3. Join our Strava group for us to track your progress and post a short phrase on Strava about what you would like to do to raise your levels of happiness, focus and energy through participating in our social exercise activity.
