Tom Wright & the team over at Atlas Fitness Gym in Milton Keynes are going to be hosting a small capacity regional event that will be ideal for novices, first timers and onward. This event can be used as a qualifier for the 2025 A/BPU British Championships, Single Lift Championships and Powerlifting Games. You must hold a valid A/BPU membership at weigh ins for this to take effect.
Along with being a qualifying event for the WRPF Showdown on December 6th & 7th in 2025. Qualifying totals to be published shortly.
Weigh Ins
24 Hours, November 16th - 10am to 11am and 5pm to 6pm
On the day, November 17th - 7:30am to 8:30am

Squats - Combo Rack & Power Bar
Bench - Combo Rack & Power Bar
Deadlift - Deadlift Bar

WRPF UK Membership
All members of the WRPF UK will be able to use this event to claim British Records.
If you choose to compete without a WRPF UK membership, as a guest lifter, you will be unable to claim records or qualify for cross federation competitions, such as A/BPU National Events & WRPF Showdown.
