Preliminary Time Schedule - Subject to change up until the morning of competition.
Weigh In slot 1 - November 2nd - 9am to 10am
Weigh In slot 2 - November 2nd - 5pm to 6pm
Weigh in slot 3 - November 3rd - 7:00am to 8:00am
You are only required to attend one weigh in slot.
Flight A - All Junior & Masters Lifters
Flight B - All Women
Flight C - All Men
Flight A - Squats - 9am
Flight B - Squats - 10am
Flight C - Squats - 11pm
Flight A - Bench - 12:15pm
Flight B - Bench - 1:15pm
Flight C - Bench - 2:15pm
Flight A - Deadlift - 3:15pm
Flight B - Deadlift - 4:00pm
Flight C - Deadlift - 4:45pm
Awards - 5:30pm
