Writing Well and Writing to be Well

Writing Well and Writing to be Well is the Flock’s first public showcase of mental health writing. The event is being supported by The Mental Health Research Unit from Bath Spa University, Safely Held Spaces and Soteria London. We hope to develop links, conversation and compassion and show how our stories can empower us to feel less alone.

Soteria London is a Community Interest Company which provides compassionate alternatives for people in distress or in crises.
