Using parts of Liberty Station as our backdrop, as well as nature finds and photos, this class encourages you to observe, feel, and express the essence of nature through the written word. Engage in guided writing exercises designed to capture the nuances and details that often go unnoticed. Participants will be encouraged to write in whatever genre suits them — poetry, prose, journaling, etc. Open to anyone who enjoys writing.Our classes and workshops are free and open to anyone in the military community including service members, veterans, military family members, and caregivers.
