About this Event

Write to Heal journaling Workshops

Journaling can be a form of creative autobiographic and/or fictive writing - in the WTH-Workshops the focus is set on processing personal experiences and strengthen your relationship with yourself. The workshops will be held in English or German depending on the people attending.

Together we’ll create a safe space that allows us to deep dive into of our own selves; self reflection is key to keeping up the journaling practice.

We will have 5 different workshops with different focuses on self reflection and writing, so that everyone will leave the workshop with the tools at hand that they desire. These tools help to write down troubles, worries and hardships off our souls in everyday life and later on - this will make it easier to talk about the emotional baggage we oftentimes just carry around. In other words - these journaling methods are trying to help start feeling and healing processes.

We usually get into very warm, understanding and meaningful conversations about ourselves. Nobody has to share what is being written in the workshop - anyone is welcome tho to share anything they like in the safe space we’re creating together.

2. How to Journal - Basic’s practices

The second class is focusing on journaling specifically - which is another important key-ingredient to the practice of Writing to feel and heal. We will learn the basics of journaling as much as we learn how to use different tools that help us to journal on a regular basis.
