Our memories are the core of who we are. Through meditation and prompts, we can uncover recollections and get the thoughts down on the page, helping us to make sense of the past and create a clear path forward. No experience is necessary, and you don't need to be a writer to participate. I will gently guide you through the process of remembering and uncovering, allowing you to let the words flow easily. The workshop includes reading our writing out loud (always optional) and offering only kind, supportive, positive feedback.
