“Creative nonfiction” can take so many forms: the profile or feature article, the travel piece, the review, the personal essay or memoir, and more. Compelling nonfiction transcends the mere factual. In this class, we’ll explore:> how to find focus within subjects of interest
> how to research authentically, for surprising results
> how to interview successfully, for provocative quotes
> how to write well-structured, compelling, true prose.
Beginners and non-native speakers of English are welcome.
You may participate in person or remotely.
