This workshop will use poetry and free-associative writing to explore the subjective experience during difficult times. The workshop aims to prompt participants to explore how poetry can deepen their understanding when experiencing particularly challenging moments. By the end of the workshop, participants will cultivate a deeper understanding of how poetry can be a powerful medium for processing complex emotions and experiences.
