Join writer and yoga teacher Anne Falkowski for a unique workshop series blending the craft of writing and gentle yoga.Treat your body with gentle yoga and learn how to write stories that only you can tell. In this workshop, you will explore where our stories come from and how to tap into and express your stories whether they are imagined, repeated, remembered or forgotten. We will consider the body as having its own point of view.
What to expect:
• Gentle yoga and breathing exercises,
• Group writing exercises,
• Optional group sharing,
• Supportive and compassionate environment.
This workshop is suitable for both new and seasoned writers and yogis. Your words might manifest as fiction, letters, journal entries, poems - all are welcome. If you’ve wanted to start writing or deepen your writing, this workshop is for you. Please bring a notebook and pen. If you need a table or chair to write on or an outlet for a computer, let us know ahead of time. This class is intended to be inclusive.
