This intensive Masterclass with bestselling authors Russ Thomas and Susan Elliot Wright takes a detailed look at how to go about nailing that tricky second draft.

Redrafting your novel can be an incredibly daunting task, but we'll show you ways to approach it, helping you identify what's working and what might need some improvement.

We'll look at common pitfalls and how to avoid them, from the larger issues like structure, pacing, and story development, right down to the nitty-gritty of line editing and sentence structure.

You'll be encouraged to discuss your ideas and thoughts throughout the day in a comfortable, friendly and supportive environment with two experienced professionals who know the publishing industry and how to write books that catch the attention of agents, publishers and readers.

The session will run from 10.00am until 4.30pm with a break for lunch (lunch not provided).
