About this Event
We invite you to dust off that novel, manuscript, screenplay, pitch, thesis, hypothesis, blog article or idea that is stuck in your head and put new energy into it. Our goal is to help pair your yoga practice with your creative process so you can achieve a better combination. Join us as we dive into a day of fun & focus. Our time together will serve as a catalyst to bring clarity and energy to open the pathway for constructive work. We’ll have food, snacks, coffee and tea on tap so you can put your pen to paper. Along with the pairing of restorative yoga to get the body moving, and a mood boosting sound bath, we’ll learn how the framework of the Magic Square can help you re-orient to use your time better for your endeavors. Join fellow creatives and jumpstart your project, gain tools to navigate your goals and gain momentum.
The studio will be set up to provide optimum focus so you can just show up and let the ideas flow.

12:00-12:30pm Restorative Yoga
12:30-1:00pm Lunch
1:00-1:30pm Magic Square Deep dive
1:30-3:00pm Focused Work time
3:00-3:30pm Sound Bath
The Space:
A rchetype Yoga is an airy and bright yoga studio with beautiful natural light from the french doors to the skylights. Your time will include space for yoga and will also have table and chairs for computer work. Our kitchen will serve as the place for refreshments, coffee & tea will be available and lunch will be served.
