Welcome to Write To Connect- Expressive Writing Workshop where you can learn ways to build and strengthen the connection to yourself through the power of writing.
This workshop is perfect for absolute beginners or experienced writers.
This interactive workshop is a safe space for you to relax, to tune in and connect to your beautiful self through expressive writing.
Join me as I guide you through a series of interactive activities and use inspiring writing prompts to take you out of your head and into your heart.
This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to connect with their inner voice and explore the art of expression.
It is about the process of writing rather than the craft. Grammar, punctuation and spelling are not important so it is suitable for all levels and writing abilities. You will not be asked to share anything so you can find your authentic expression and freedom through your words on the page.
The effects of writing as a tool for healing are well documented. They include a reduction in stress, anxiety and depression. However, on an everyday level, writing can be used to set your intention for the day, set goals, explore your feelings, gain clarity and so on. You will be amazed at what can come out when you let the pen lead you.
I invite you to come along with an open heart as I share the magic of writing and the gifts it has to offer you. Booking is Essential
When: Sunday 7th July, 10am-1:30pm (Please allow time to park up, ready for a 10am start)
*Includes a comfort break, why not treat yourself to a lovely coffee to support this lovely cafe
