About this Event
Writing is a powerful tool for stress reduction. Jane will provide writing prompts to trigger words that will emerge from your heart. There is no requirement for anyone to share what they've written, and no experience is needed.
About the facilitator:
Jane Davis is a retired licenced social worker and widely published writer. She has been published on the front page of the Sunday NY Times, Chicken Soup for the Prisoner's Soul, Atlanta Journal Constitution, Daily Freeman, Sporting Times, and many anthologies. She has taught writing in prisons and death rows around the country. Jane grew up in Kingston, NY, and recently moved back home from Santa Fe, NM. She founded an International peace organization, HOPE-HOWSE International (hope-howse.org), and created One Heart Ranch, a 30 acre sustainable gathering place of peace five miles off the grid. Jane was sent to the Phillipines for a month long teaching experience to share about non-violent communication.
