About the event:Join Mandy for a walk on the Cheshire/Shropshire border through rolling countryside with some lovely views. Stop to look over the Big and Little Meres at Marbury, two of the group of five glacial ‘kettle hole’ lakes and perhaps pop your head into St Michael and All Angels church, a Grade II listed building. Complete the walk along a pretty stretch of the Shropshire Union Canal (Llangollen branch) before returning to the pub car park in Wrenbury. Mix of footpaths across farmland with quite a few stiles, some road walking and the canal towpath.
Option for a drink in the Dusty Miller pub after the walk.
