The Wreaths Across America (WAA) ceremony and wreath placement will take place on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery south of Mandan, ND. The ceremony begins at 11 am and wreath placement will start immediately following the ceremony. The public is welcome to attend and help place wreaths. There is no need to register. Parking is very limited so please carpool if able and please follow the directions of the parking attendants to maximize the number of vehicles in the cemetery. Arrival at least 20 minutes before the ceremony starts is advised.Any change, delay, or reschedule due to inclement weather will be announced here
