Wreaths Across America has been honoring our past veterans with Remembrance Wreaths for over 30 years. It's become a family tradition for many families. All are invited to honor our past veterans at Englewood's Wreath's Across America Ceremony at Gulf Pines Memorial Park, 2401 Englewood Rd. We will have a blessing, a guest speaker and community veterans presenting wreaths for each military branch and for our POW's. Then everyone is encouraged to identify a veteran's grave, say their name, reflect on their sacrifice and lay a Remembrance Wreaths on our Veteran's grave. We will be laying wreaths at Lemon Bay Historical Cemetery and at 4:30PM we will be laying wreaths at the Vietnam Memorial Wall in Punta Gorda.
