Wreaths Across America is Saturday, December 14th.If your local Legion or other organization is looking for additional scouts to lay the wreaths, please let me know or post in the Choptank District Facebook Group.

Here's some information put together by Sandy Blades.
In an effort to provide our scouting youth with some more outdoor activities, your district Activities & Civic Service committee is passing on the following information about Wreaths Across America, a yearly national event taking place this year on Saturday, 12/14.
The purpose of the day is to:
- Remember the fallen
- Honor those who currently serve and their families
- Teach the next generation about the value of freedom.
HOW CAN YOUR UNIT PARTICIPATE?
- Sponsor wreaths
- Volunteer to help that day
- Invite friends, family, or others to do something to support that cemetery on that day
