Link to donate wreaths at the end of the post! Come learn a bit about Macon's history and honor our veterans at Rose Hill Cemetery. WAA is a national event where we place wreathes on the graves of veterans after a brief ceremony. Wear comfortable walking clothing as we will be placing wreathes and Rose Hill is the kind of place where you can walk uphill both ways. EVERYONE IS INVITED! Our military is made up of all kinds of people, so why shouldn't an event honoring said military involve the whole community?
If you would like to sponsor a wreath, please click the link below. Wreathes purchased through this link will go to Rose Hill by default, but if you would like a wreath to go to a different cemetery there is a place in the order form to do that. If you have a specific veteran you want a wreath for, there is a place in the order form for that and remind us the day of so we give you your designated wreath. You can also request a wreath for a specific branch of the military or particular war. By default, wreathes are evenly distributed among wars and branches.
