Our annual club gathering will be on February 28th. Social hour begins at 6:00 p.m. at The Outpost. Take advantage of this opportunity to catch up with fellow cyclists over food, fellowship, and fun. Relive the pain and glory of the past riding season and look forward to the warm and sunny days ahead!
Alcohol will be available for purchase by attendees over 21.
As in years past, bring in your unneeded cycling gear and check out the swap meet. Note that these are personal transactions, and the WRCC will not be involved in any sales. Please add price tags to your items for the convenience of prospective buyers and take your unsold items with you at the end of the event.
If you would like to recognize a member for their help and kindness or regale us with a story from last summer, please feel free share during our traditional Roast & Toast portion of the evening!
Members who rode over 1,000 Club Miles or 500 Commuter Miles or served on the 2025 board will receive a club T-Shirt. Please indicate your sizing if you are eligible for a t-shirt by February 13th.
If you are not eligible for a free shirt, you can purchase shirts for $20. Shirt design to come by the 19th.
You may also pay your club dues at the event, cash or check only.

Free to WRCC Members, but please RSVP by 11 p.m. on February 13th!
Feel free to bring a guest/prospective member! There is a $10 charge for non-club members. Please bring cash or check to the event.
