About this Event

The end of the school year is right around the corner! Join a coaching community to reflect on this school year and prepare for next school year through goal-setting work grounded in partnerships with teachers.

Reflecting is a vital characteristic of successful instructional coaches. Spending time to consider what worked, what didn’t work, and what we can do differently in the future creates space for ongoing growth in our coaching. We will spend time celebrating the successes and reflecting on spaces where we can find opportunities for growth.

Not only will this session provide time for reflection, but we will also spend time proactively planning for next school year. Intentional coaching work begins with intentional planning time. We will consider how to determine which teachers are ready for coaching and how to prioritize specific instructional practices or content areas within our coaching work.

Grounded in reflection, this session will provide you with a plan for improving coaching work next year.

Who Should Attend:

This session is designed for new and veteran Instructional Coaches, Technology Coaches, Integration Coaches, and other leaders responsible for coaching into instructional practices. Participants that attend should have at least some of their daily time dedicated to instructional coaching work in order to make time for planning conversations, co-teaching, and other highly effective coaching moves.

What to Expect:

During this virtual session, we will spend time:

revisiting how we want to show up in coaching work and who we want to be as coaches
reflecting on coaching partnerships with teachers

If you need to pay for your registration via invoice, you may do so by selecting your ticket and then choosing the invoice option at check out.

Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made before the payment settles (usually within 24 hours) will be 100% refunded. Cancellations made 7 calendar days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 90% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days of the event will receive a 75% refund.
