For 75 minutes, Soulwave Sound Baths immerse you in crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and the deep, grounding heartbeat of the buffalo drum - guiding you beyond the noise of daily life and into deep stillness and rest.
This is your time to soften, release, and reset your whole system.
You simply lie down, close your eyes, and drift into deep calm.
During the session, you’ll experience:
• A gentle guided settle-in to slow the breath and soften the body
• Immersive sound designed to encourage deep rest (alpha - theta states)
• The steady, earthy rhythm of the buffalo drum to ground and calm the nervous system
