All racing questions, contact Izzy May ([email protected])TSWA is holding a WRA Meet (200 yards) and NOTRA Meet (300 yards) on April 26-27, 2025, at Paul and Julie Black’s farm in Lebanon OH. Roll call will be at 8:00 AM both days.
On-site camping permitted, no water hookups. 30 amp is reserved. There are 15 amp electric hook ups at the barn also. Please let us know in advance if you plan to camp. Electric hookups are $15 per day and dry camping is $10 per day. Food- Please be prepared and bring your own food. We will not be having a meal this time.

Per the terms of our insurance there is to be absolutely no alcohol permitted on the property. A direct quote: “Even at alcohol-free events, if someone sneaks in alcohol you could be liable regardless of whether or not it was provided by you.” If there is alcohol on the property, we lose coverage. Those who cannot follow those guidelines will be asked to leave.
If you have any COVID symptoms or think you’ve been potentially exposed PLEASE stay home! We will be happy to refund any pre paid entry fees due to cancellations related to COVID.
