You read that right, puppy yoga! By far the most adorable exercise class around, this relaxed, all-levels yoga class is part stretching, part cuddling and all around fun. While we move through poses, we'll be socializing rescue puppies to help them get ready for their furever homes. Half of us participate in yoga, then join the other half of the group to put together care packages for rescue pups, who will then take their yoga class — so be sure to pick a time slot when registering because two class times are available. No need to bring a mat, just dress in comfortable clothes and get ready for some puppy love!$45 includes yoga, keepsake Polaroid photo and smoothie.
A kosher option is available upon request.
All proceeds from every Pawsitive Stretch event are donated to shelters and rescues in the Metro Detroit area, and 25% of the sales for every class are donated to the rescue partner who provided the adorable animals for that class.
