WPG Members Meeting - Saturday, 16th November 2024 (Doors open at 10am and meeting starts at 11am)Gwen Murray from @CelticFusionFabrics - website www.celticfusionfabrics.com will bring along her fabric shop. Gwen will also be our guest speaker and will give a talk on recycling fabric.
Deb’s Little Scraps - website - www.littlescrap.ie or www.instagram.com/debslittlescrap/?hl=en will give a workshop in the afternoon on "Waste and Upcycing".
The WPG Christmas Challenge has been announced for this year will be judged at the December meeting - 14th December 2024: "
WPG Members are challenged to use at least 2 circles of different shapes to create a Christmas Themed Project"
There will be the usual popular WPG Charity Table, so bring along any unwanted fabric and sewing notions. Funds will be donated to our ongoing 2024 charity, Purple House Bray www.purplehouse.ie/
Tea and coffee will be available – do bring along your own mug.
Don’t be shy – bring along your projects for show & tell.
Entry to WPG monthly meetings is €3.00 for members (unless you already paid for your yearly membership/meetings in advance) and €5.00 for visitors. Visitors are welcome to attend two meetings before joining the Group.
