2021 Final event. Launch site will be Ramp/Lot 1 on Presque Isle Bay with Misery Bay and Chestnut St. ramp as backup sites pending ice conditions. **launch sites could change pending ice conditions.
Presque Isle Bay located in Erie, PA is one of the top perch fisheries in the USA regularly producing jumbo perch up to and often over 2lbs. Large numbers of fish catches are common.
Boundries will be created if necessary for safety.
Western PA Hardwater Series provides the region’s only competitive ice fishing events for both amateur and professional anglers.
-$90 entry fee per two man team
-$10 optional big fish pot
-6 panfish limit (crappie, perch, bluegill)
-Registration begins at 5:00am
-Event starts at safe light
-Weigh in at 2:30
