Almost every day at the wine shop we have visitors that carry wine with them and come to see us most of the time with appointments and others well they are usually visiting the last wine shop on Spec before their flight home or just on to their next town!
When Holly starts the week there's a plan of what the shop is looking for to fill-in replace or expand a category for the coming month. Wine sellers bring ALL their pitches! Not just the one you need. The best part of the job is how often you can be surprised by what you expect will be "same old same old:... Challenge is is you lose your enthusiasm to try you miss out all the gems you didnt know you needed!!
