The Adriatic Sea runs the length of the eastern coast of famous wine producing Italy on one side and then the less well known coasts of Slovenia & Croatia on the other. Coastal Vineyards benefit from sea breezes that generally circulate through the vines cooling drying and allowing for longer growing seasons. We are looking forward to learning more from Bill Thomas of Vino Vero that specializes in small family produced wines from this region. Tonight's line up will include Italian Slovenian Croatian & a Greek too!
