Heather Greene was the first American Woman to sit on the Scotch Malt Whisky Society's Tasting Panel living the dream in Edinburgh learning from the icons of the whisky trade that abound in Scotland! Returned to New York helped build the whiskey craze with a first of its kind Whiskey Education program wrote the Populist Guide ot the Water of Life..... and hasnt looked back. Heather joined Ben Milam in Blanco as a consultant and months later took on the roll of CEO and the label became Millam & Greene! Uniquely M&G distills in KY & TX and also sources from additional states then maturing in selected casks to build and round their whiskies to match the market.
We chat about 70% of what we taste is from the wood the whiskey matures in barrelling is so this planel will reflect their delicious results and hitting all the taste points that make whiskey GREAT!
