Proceeds from the Sneaker Ball Soirée directly fund WOW programs, including:

• WOW Business & Workforce Development: Providing coaching, training, and funding for entrepreneurs and job seekers.
• WOW Financial Wellness & Blended Capital Programs: Grants, loans, and matched savings for community members building economic stability.
• WOW Environmental Justice Initiatives: The WOW Zero-Emissions Project, EV Carshare, and clean transportation programs.
• WOW Scholarships /Leadership Development: Scholarships for first time college students advanced education. Mentorship and training for emerging leaders in underserved communities.
