Lisa bridges the gap between clinical expertise and community wellness, bringing over 30 years of experience in communications and strategic storytelling to her role. A Cross Junction resident, former writer for The Winchester Star, and owner of the marketing firm Main Ideas, Lisa has built her career around helping people understand complex information in practical, practical ways.
During this luncheon, Lisa will share evidence-based insights and sustainable lifestyle strategies focused on accessible health education and realistic weight management solutions. Her passion is empowering the women of Winchester with tools and knowledge that help them lead healthier, more vibrant lives — without overwhelm or unrealistic expectations.
