Meet Featured Sheri & Leah
We’re Sheri and Leah, a mother-daughter duo who turned a difficult health journey into a mission to help others.
After years of endless doctor visits, unanswered questions, and discouraging pain, we finally stepped back and returned to the basics. When we began to focus on what was going into Leah’s mind and into her mouth, we saw the greatest improvement.
We realized that there was a missing piece of the puzzle; No one was looking at her body as a whole.
Fast forward a few years, we knew we had to turn that pain into our purpose.
Leah went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Shenandoah University and became a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. Sheri, with a background in Education, became an Integrative Health Practitioner (Levels 1 & 2).
Together, we continued to learn and grow studying Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis, Bioenergetics, Blood Chemistry, and Functional Medicine testing. These tools help us see the full picture and understand the body as the deeply connected, dynamic system it is.
That’s why we created Wernecke Wellness: to support anyone who feels unheard, hopeless, lost in their health journey, or those who want to optimize their health. We take the time to listen, look deeper, and walk with you every step of the way as you reclaim your health.
