This workshop offers participants a chance to engage in frame weaving as a practice of personal enrichment and connection to North Dakota’s natural cycles. By working with colors inspired by the prairie’s seasonal shifts, participants will explore how hues and textures can represent the rhythms of their environment and emotions. The workshop encourages a pace of mindful making, inviting participants to slow down and experience weaving as a thoughtful, reflective act. Participants will learn fundamental weaving techniques, composition, and the emotive qualities of color, culminating in a completed woven piece inspired by the North Dakota landscape.Class fee: $50 for BAGA Members and $55 for non-members
