Peggy Dwyer started her own insurance agency in 1993 and sold it in 1999. After selling her agency, she went to paramedic school and was a 911 medic in Idaho for 10 years and for the next 3 years she was Director of operations for a private ambulance company. She left that position in 2012 to pursue real estate full time. Since then She have done hundreds of deals, flips, long term rentals, Airbnb and buying and selling with owner financing.
My favorite activity is traveling, which real estate has allowed me to do extensively the last couple of years!
