About this Event
Balance and Mobility with Linds is a Yoga Class for all bodies and abilities. Modifications available for all poses!
In this 60 minute yoga class we will centre ourselves focusing on moving with the rhythm of our breath. We start slow and build up to a gentle standing flow focussing on strength, balance and mobility!
Very little floor work in this class. We will end with a luxurious guided mediation. No yoga experience or flexibility required. We meet you where you are!
Bring your mat, water and wear layers if desired.
Blocks, straps and blankets are provided.
If you need modifications for injuries or limitations please ask Lindsay ahead of class or during.
Meet our instructor:I am a 200h Registered yoga teacher who values connecting the body, mind and breath in joyful movement! I have been practicing yoga for 15 years and am more of a student than I have ever been! It’s my honour to share the philosophy and physiology of yoga in an accessible and safe way. I truly believe yoga is for everyone and I love sharing accessible practices with my students for their personal journey to connecting with their bodies!
