We're here on Worthing beach every Friday for community, women's and private sauna sessions. Our community sauna sessions are at 9.00, 11.00 and 17.00. Our women's sauna is at 19.00 and private sessions are available between 10.00-18.30/We have passes available for 6 community / women's sessions for the price of 5, bookable through the website.
