What Is WW? Worship Workout
This unique fitness experience is an encouraging and uplifting hour that will include: 1) warm up and the Word, 2) resistance training/gentle cardio/core, and 3) closing in stretch/contemplation/ prayer. The format, level of intensity, and focus will be flexed according to the needs of the participants. This is for all LEVELS. The workout will be enhanced and accompanied by the use of inspirational worship music.
The guiding scripture for this group training is from 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 which tells us that our bodies are the temples of the Holy Spirit. It goes on to tell us that we should βhonor God with our bodies.β
The participants are sent a new guiding scripture for each week with some commentary. This group email is optional and allows us to pray for one another. I check in with participants based on their requests to help them meet their goals.
