#thewordbiblereading, #verseshiglights Psalm 148ALL CREATION MUST PRAISE GOD – ESPECIALLY US
Psalm 148 is a sweeping call for all creation to join in praise of the Creator. From the heights of the heavens to the depths of the earth, nothing is excluded—angels and sun, moon and shining stars, sea creatures and wild animals, kings and children alike. This Psalm 148 allows us to understand the magnitude of worship, reminding us that praise is not only for humans to do with their voices, but everything that God has created must worship God! Wow! Think about that po.
Reflecting on this passage, I am struck by the inclusiveness of God's invitation. The psalmist gathers together the vast, the tiny, the mighty, and the humble in one accord. Each element of creation, by simply being as it was made to be, reflects God's glory.
When I join my own voice—however small—with this symphony, I am reminded that I am part of something infinitely greater.
Genuine praise is not just in words or music, but in living fully as we were created, participating with joy in the ongoing song of creation.
In the midst of daily life, Psalm 148 invites us to pause and notice the world around us: the play of sunlight across a window, the laughter of children, the rhythm of rain. Each is an opportunity for gratitude, a note in the unending hymn of praise. Today, may we listen for that song, and lend our heart and life to its melody. Praise and glory to God!
No need to wait for Sunday to give praise to our God you can do it now.
Blessings
