About this Event
This group meet-up will incorporate a brief scripture reading/discussion, 5 minute stretching, 60 minute walking session (30 minutes up, 30 minutes back) with contemporary/upbeat Christian music, and 5 minutes of cool down stretching & a prayer circle. First time attendee- $10 (For your welcome gift which includes the daily devotional book we will be using as a group) Returning attendee - FREE. Please bring a small backpack (to place your items in during the walk), excercise clothes, walking shoes and have a full water bottle. Walk will be at your own risk. The walk will be on an easy, flat path, right alongside the beach. The pace as a group will determine how far we go before turning back around. We will maintain the walk together as a group.
