Worry v Problem Solving

Are you caring for someone at the moment? Would you like to learn more about worrying and how to understand why we worry?
About this Event

This workshop explores why we worry, is it helpful and what are the consequences of worrying. We then discuss and look at alternative strategies including the ‘problem-solving’ method.

The course is open to unwaged carers who live in, or support someone in the borough of Manchester.

We know that sometimes its not possible to leave the person you care for, so we have put in place support for attendees to claim for the cost of rest bite care, as well as travel expenses.

Once you have signed up for the course, we can arrange to speak with you via text, email or over the phone. For more information you can contact us directly via the details below.

Please get in touch on 0161 834 6069 or email [email protected] if you have any questions.
