About this Event
Join us for a heart-centered gathering under the energy of the Worm Moon, the full moon that signals the quiet turning of winter into spring.
The name “Worm Moon” comes from early Native American and colonial American traditions. It refers to the time of year when the ground begins to thaw and earthworms reappear, symbolizing the return of life, fertility, and renewal. It marks the beginning of emergence — what has been dormant begins to stir.
This is a powerful time to reflect on what is ready to awaken within you.
During this special evening, we will gather for:
• Opening centering meditation
• Sacred ceremonial cacao
• Intention setting & journaling
• Reflection on seasonal themes
• Immersive sound bath for integration
Ceremonial cacao has long been used in ritual settings as a heart-opening plant ally, supporting clarity, emotional connection, and presence. Together, we will share cacao mindfully, set intentions for the coming season, and close with a deeply restorative sound bath.
The Worm Moon invites us to soften the soil of our inner world and make space for new growth.
Bring a journal if you’d like to write. Come as you are.
This is a space for grounding, renewal, and community.
