FOUR LIVING DOLLS SUPREMES, FOUR PRECIOUS DIVA SUPREMES, AND FOUR BEAUTY SUPREMES ARE OUR DOOR SUPREMES & WILL RECEIVE A CASH AWARD BASED ON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES. They will also receive a WPC Crown, Sash, & Gift!!!
A Supreme Beauty Queen & Beauty Queen in each age group will receive a gorgeous WPC crown, Gift, & beautiful National Sash!! If group has 12 or more in it, the Supreme Queen will also receive $25!!! Beauty Princess’ in each age group will also receive a beautiful WPC Custom Crown, and Gift. We will offer an optional second beauty for those who wish to enter. RULES FOR BEAUTY: Soft, toned down hair (hair pieces are allowed if styled soft). You can wear hair up, down, in a pony tail, etc. Flippers are allowed if they look natural. No false eyelashes on 0-36 Months. 3-up can wear them if they look natural. All contestants may use all makeup but please keep it soft and natural. If you choose not to wear makeup, that is fine too. Dress may be custom or off the rack. They can have some stones like the ones sold in the pageant/ bridal shops but not a heavy custom glitz dress. Face Dress would be great. Tans & acrylic nails are allowed. Beauty is judged on Facial Beauty 1- 20.5, Poise/Projection/Personality 1-20.5, & Overall Appearance 1-20.5.
PHOTOGENIC COMPETITION
This year, we are having one photo competition and combining photos together. You get one photo in your package. Photos can be natural or naturally enhanced. They can consist of head shot, print model, stage shot, series, etc. No portfolios allowed as your one photo choice. You can enter a portfolio if you enter the extra photo package. We will offer Photo. Jackpot for $20. Winners gets ½ the pot. Extra Photo Special (Not included in pack.) - Enter 11 extra photos - $100.
BEST AWARDS IN EACH GROUP - Prettiest Eyes, Prettiest Hair, Best Smile, Best Personality, Most Beautiful Face, Sweetest Face, Most Precious, Best Model, and Best Dressed will be chosen in each age group. These events are included in the package. There will be jackpots in each event. Jackpots are not included in package & are $20 each & winner gets ½ the pot. Jackpots are by Supreme Breakdown.
CASUAL WEAR ONE & TWO COMPETITION - You may wear your choice of casual wear. It can have some stones & trim but should not be a glitzed out OOC. No front or back tucks in Casual Wear. Props allowed but not necessary. You can bring your own music for Casual Wear or choose from list. There is a 90 second time limit. 2nd Casual Wear will be offered as an optional event. (It is not included in the special package). Different judges for Casual Wear One & Two. We will offer Casual Wear One and Casual Wear Two Jackpots for $20 each. Winners gets ½ the pot.
INTERVIEW –Interview is short & easy & is 60 seconds. We will offer Interview Jackpot for $20. Winners gets ½ the pot.
SUMMER WEAR OR DENIM WEAR COMPETITION – Choose one. It can be custom or off the rack. It can have some stones but not too glitzy. There is a 90 second time limit. No props except small carry on like sunglasses, beachball, etc. You can wear anything that you could wear in the summer for this event. It can be a sundress, romper, swimwear, summer casual, etc. Denim Wear can be any outfit that has denim on it. It can be any color of denim. There will be a list of songs that you can choose from for this event. No front or back tucks. This event is optional and is not included in the package. We will offer Summer or Denim Wear Jackpot for $20. Winners gets ½ the pot.
TALENT OR COMMERCIAL - Talent or Commercial is optional & is our only Friday night event. It is not included in the package. Come show off your talent or do a commercial. Just have fun!!! It can count as one of your two highest optional events. Age divisions are 0-36 Mo., 3-5, 6-10, and 11-up. Come as you get ready. All gymnastics can be performed if doing it for talent. Please have your music ready to go. There is a three minute time limit but if it is shorter, that is perfectly fine. Props are allowed. Anyone can do a commercial, even our babies can do a commercial, think pamper commercial or favorite food commercial. Since some babies can’t talk yet, you can speak for them or have it recorded and ready for the emcee to play. You can do a second Talent or Commerical for $75 if time permits. We will offer Talent or Commercial Jackpot for $20. Winners gets ½ the pot. This is talent or commercial only, you do not have to do fancy hair or makeup for the talent event.
RULES AND REGULATIONS: 1. Cameras & video cameras will not be permitted in competition area as we will have professionals to video & take pictures. 2. You must be entered in Beauty in order to compete in any other events. 3. All judge’s decisions are final and the judges have the right to break any ties. 4. Any act of un-sportsmanship conduct or falsified information could result in disqualification without refund. 5. No firearms or weapons of any kind are allowed in the ballrooms or dressing rooms. 6. Scores will be given out after crowning. 7. Birth certificates or some form of ID must be shown if contestant’s age is questioned. 8. Our fall back date is July 1, 2025. You can compete age as of this date or move up one older group. If your birthday falls on July 1st (which is our fall back date), you have the option of staying back or moving up. This also includes our 0-12 Mo, 13-24 Mo. and 25-36 Mo. fallback. 9. Names of contestants or how many have entered in each age division will not be given out. Please do not ask. 10. We are not responsible for any act of nature that might result in having to postpone competition because of an ice storm, flood, snow, hurricane, power outage, etc. We will do our best to accommodate the situation if something unforeseen was to happen and deposits would be transferred to the rescheduled event. 11. Numbers will be assigned on a first come first served basis. The first to come in with their deposit will go out last unless you specify differently. We cannot guarantee anyone a particular place in line; however, we will do our best to honor your favorite place in line-up. If you are wanting a particular place in line, you need to get your entry in early. It really doesn’t matter in our pageants, how you come out in line, everyone is judged fair and the utmost attention is given to everyone. 12. Entries that come in without a deposit or less than a $150.00 deposit will not be assigned a number until full deposit is sent. 13. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be given on $150 or less deposits. Any money paid after the $150 deposit will be credited to next year’s World’s Precious Children National Pageant. 14. No checks will be accepted after January 15, 2026. Cash or money order only after this date & at the door. 15. No back or front tucks are allowed in any on stage events except talent. You may use all gymnastic moves in talent. 16. There will be a 90 second time limit in beauty and a 90 second time limit in casual wear and summer/denim wear. 17. You must turn in your five $5.00 bills for the outgoing royalty at registration. 18. 2025 Majestic Elites ($2000 Winners) and Elite Grand Supremes ($1000 Winners) can’t re-compete in the 2026 WPC pageant but are asked to please come back & crown. The remaining 2025 Winners are invited to come back and crown but they do have the choice to compete if they wish. 19. Cash Awards are contingent with 55 contestants. If less than 55 contestants, cash awards can be adjusted. This rule is in most national paperwork but with all the cash prizes we will be awarding, I feel we will have a great turnout. 20. Novice & Pro Grand Slam Queen of Queens, Majestic Elite Grand Supremes, Elite Grand Supremes, Level Ultimate Grand Supremes, Mega Grand Supremes, Grand Supremes, Precious Star Grand Supremes, Spectacular Grand Supremes, Junior Grand Supremes, Mini Grand Supremes, Level Supremes, Living Doll Supremes, and Precious Diva Supremes are based on highest Beauty plus TWO highest optional events. Beauty Supremes, Beauty Supreme Queens, & Beauty Queens come from total highest beauty score. 21. If you win any Crown Title, it is required that you stay for group & individual photos & that photos may be used for advertisement purposes. Money winnings will be given to you after your individual and group pictures are taken. This is mandatory. Failure to do so could result in forfeit of your cash award. A Form W-9 must be filled out on winnings of $600 or higher. Make sure you have your social security card with you. 22. Judges will be available after crowning to answer any questions you might have. Any questions regarding placement or anything regarding the pageant must be addressed before the auditors leave on Sunday. I have nothing to do with auditing. They have it on computer and will be the ones you will need to talk to.
“WORLD’S SERIES OF BEAUTIES” - FEATURE POSTER CONTEST
This is your chance to have your poster size photo featured at WPC all weekend!!! We will award 20 winners. There will be One Natural Winner, One Naturally Enhanced Winner, One Print Model, & One Stage Shot Winner chosen in each supreme breakdown 0-36 Mo, 3-5, 6-10, 11-up plus Boys 0-up. You may enter 1 photo in each category for $80, 1 photo in 3 categories for $70, 1 photo in 2 categories for $60, or 1 photo in 1 category for $50. You may enter additional photos for any of the categories for $10 each. Winning photos will be on display. You can take your poster home after the pageant. Please email your photos to [email protected] by midnight on FEBRUARY 10th. We take Venmo @Suzanne-Howell-22, Cashapp - $howellsuzanne, and PayPal is [email protected]. Add 4 percent if paying by PayPal.
RESERVATIONS: Call the Ramsey Hotel and Convention Center at (865) 428-2700. The hotel is located at 3230 Pkwy, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863. Room rates in the block are $181 plus tax for Friday and Saturday for a double. Rooms will be held until January 16th, after that time you may not get a room & the rate may go up. Please book early. The hotel block filled up fast last year. Tell the hotel you want to book in the WPC BLOCK. If you have not stayed at the Ramsey, you are missing out. This hotel is located right in the middle of Pigeon Forge and has a nice indoor pool, restaurant, and is located close to many of the favorite attractions. It also has a TROLLEY STOP where you can catch the trolly and go all over Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Remember, February is a popular time in the mountains so please book early. Should you have any problems, call me at (256) 338-6680. This is a peek season in Pigeon Forge so please book early. They are also putting a few rooms in for us for Thursday night and Sunday night.
