? Join us for WYF's STEAM Innovation Industry Pathways, or SIIP, a next-generation youth out-of-school-time monthly program designed to bridge the gap between academic learning, industry, and digital skilling.

Open to youth ages 6 to 24, SIIP is not your typical program—it's a gateway to a world of metaskilling, offering a dynamic range of skills from design thinking, strategic project management, soft skills development, digital skills development, and industry application.

At SIIP, we're not just teaching; we're accelerating industry knowledge and empowering students with skills in business, technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

Our immersive program, delivered on the last day of each month from April to November 2024, goes beyond the classroom, preparing students for real-world careers, entrepreneurial experiences, and early career development, including apprenticeships.
