Come unwind at the end of the work week with Kelsey Polglase (who is vegan!) for a relaxing yoga session on Friday 14 November, 6–7pm at Piko Studio, 229 Kilmore Street. People are welcome to come from 5.45pm onwards. The yoga session will be a 'gentle flow', no experience is needed.Kelsey has generously donated her time, but we’ll have some costs to cover, like the venue. A koha of $5–10, or what you can afford, at the door (including payment via QR code) would be greatly appreciated. Please bring your own yoga mats.
