This year ion the Lake Macquarie and Newcastle Region, World Tai Chi Day is on Saturday 26th April 2025. The day following is ANZAC Day and the last Saturday of our end of term break. Instructors from the Australian Academy of Tai Chi will be at Redhead Beach at 8:00am - 10:00am practising Tai Chi. Everyone and anyone is welcome to join. It will start with early morning exercises followed by Tai Chi at Pelican foreshore at 10:00am when the whole class will join the World in Qigong and Tai Chi.
Followed by lunch at Pelican RSL, where the Chinese Restaurant is really excellent at Midday.
Please let your local class instructor know if you will be joining us for lunch so we can finalise booking at the club.
