We're inviting businesses, groups, friends and whānau to take part in a challenge that gives hope, creates connection and 'Do Life'. Let’s show up for our loved ones and each other.

💛 Every life lost to suicide in Aotearoa is a heartbreak with no words. We remember them and we act in their memory.
All funds raised will stay in our community, helping loved ones and whānau in crisis through counselling and practical social support.
